- Groups
- How can I create a group?
- If you want to create a groupe, simply click on the groupe symbol on the right side of the header and select "create a groupe" in the menu list, or click here: ♦
- What do the group categories secret / private / open mean?
| Open | Every member has free access and visibility of this group, its members and their forecasts. It appears in the general group overview. |
| Private | Every member can see the group in the general group overview. However they can not see its members or their forecasts. |
| Secret | The group is not visible in the general group overview. Its members can only be seen by the other members of the group. |
- I want to create a group only for me and my friends / colleagues
- In this case you should create a secret group and communicate the group name or group hashtag to your colleagues / friends you want to invite to this secret group. The advantage: only the group members will see the scores of the other members of your secret group.
- How many groups can I create?
- You can create as many groups as you like. However we advice you to limit the number of your groups, because as a manager you may have a lot of incoming entering request from other Forecast4Fun members.
- What are my tasks / powers as a manager of a group?
- As a manager you can accept or refuse entering demands from other Forecast4Fun members, you can chose a group logo and banner and also signal the Forecast4Fun team any abuse within the team. For this please send a mail to info@forecast4fun.com.
- How can I join a group?
- If you want to join a group, simply click on the group symbol on the right side of the header and select "join a group" in the menu list, or click here: ♦
- Where can I see all the groups I am a member of?
- If you want to see all the groups you are a member of, simply click on the group symbol on the right side of the header and select "my groups" in the menu list.
- How can I leave a group?
- If you want to leave a group, simply go to the profile of the group you want to leave and click on the "leave group" button.
- Profile
- How can I edit my profile?
- If you want to edit your profile, simply click on the profile symbol on the right side of the header and select "edit profile" in the menu list, or click here: ♦
- How can I change my profile picture / profile banner?
- If you want to change your profile or banner picture, simply click on the profile symbol on the right side of the header and select "edit profile" in the menu list. Then click on the camera symbol on the profile or banner picture to upload a new photo on your profile page.
- Who can see my profile?
- Every member of Forecast4Fun can see your profile.
- I forgot my password
- If you forgot your password and want to change it, simply click on the profile symbol on the right side of the header and select "edit profile" in the menu list and then click on "change password" on your profile page.
- How can I change my password?
- If you want to change your password, simply click on the profile symbol on the right side of the header and select "edit profile" in the menu list and then click on "change password" on your profile page.
- How can I change my e-mail address for Forecast4Fun?
- If you want to change your e-mail address, simply click on the profile symbol on the right side of the header and select "edit profile" in the menu list and then click on "change e-mail adress" on your profile page.
- Ranking
- Where can I see my current score?
- You can see your current score on your profile page. If you want to enter new forecasts for coming games, click on the ranking symbol on the right side of the header, select a competition and enter your forecasts.
- How can I compare the score of several Forecast4Fun members?
- You can only compare scores of members that share a group with you. Go to the group, select the members you want to compare and click on "compare" on the button on the left.
- When do I need to fill in my forecasts before the game?
- You can fill in and change your forecasts up to 2 minutes before the beginning of a game. Once the game startet it is not possible any longer to change your initial forecasts.
